CHELSEA NEBE, OWNER AND BAKER

I’m Chelsea, the owner and baker of En Pointe. I grew up baking homemade goodies alongside my mother: pies for Thanksgiving, cakes for every birthday, muffins for a quick breakfast on a school day. I was in my 20s when I truly fell in love with the art of baking and cake decorating. I love finding all-natural products and making everything from scratch, so it wasn’t long before my co-workers (who got to try out all my experiments) were requesting cakes and cupcakes for birthdays, graduations, and even weddings. How could I say no? My life as a ballerina and my love of ballet inspired the name, and En Pointe Bakery was born. I’ve been happily making a giant mess in my kitchen ever since!
